Craftsmanship​

Each of Momo Kids New York's frames are carefully handcrafted by Sabae craftsmen with Aki's designs and Momo's inspirations in mind. Sabae is a city with a population of 70,000 in the Fukui Prefecture of Japan. Japan is one of the world's largest glasses producers. The city of Sabae produces near 95% of all domestic eyewear frames in Japan.

Momo Kids New Yorkのフレームは、MomoのインスピレーションとAkiのデザインを元にして、鯖江(さばえ)の職人が一本一本丁寧に、手作りで作っています。世界３大メガネ産地の一つと言われ、「デザインやブランド力のイタリア」、「安価の中国」と並び、「品質の鯖江」として有名です。鯖江がある福井県は、日本国内の国産フレーム製造シェアの約95％を占めています。
